There is no charge for any appointments that need to change or cancel their appointment unless canceled with in an hour of the appointment. A $5 Cancelation fee will be due.
Cancelation of any Contracted pet sitting jobs:
- Terms of return ( If cancelation is made within 7 days of the start date, there will be a nonrefundable holding fee of $100 and the remainder of the deposit will be a Credited towards future pet sitting. If cancelation is made prior to 7 days before start date the deposit will be refunded minus a nonrefundable holding fee of $100)
- State of return (Refund will be returned in form it was collected within 7 days of cancelation)
- Reason for return (Procedure not completed but paid for)

- Process of refund (once approved refund will be sent)
